Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst supporting mission critical systems for a leading federal health research institute.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements
• Work with developers to ensure requirements are implemented and validated using Agile methodologies
• Support the development of new applications and modernization of existing systems, including those built on the Microsoft Power Platform

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related IT role
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams to translate business needs into specifications
• Hands-on experience supporting full SDLC and Agile delivery
• Proven ability to analyze existing systems and propose process improvements
• Experience leading requirements sessions and stakeholder interviews
