Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst, People Digital Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end HR technology initiatives, managing risks and cross-team handoffs
  • Conduct discovery and current state analysis to identify value opportunities and prioritize business requirements
  • Translate HR requirements into technical acceptance criteria and oversee User Acceptance Testing
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience, with at least 3 years in HR systems as a business analyst or product specialist
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Experience leading complex HR system initiatives in global environments
  • Proven ability to digitize and optimize core HR processes
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, including operations and talent management
