Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst, People Digital Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end HR technology initiatives, managing risks and cross-team handoffs
Conduct discovery and current state analysis to identify value opportunities and prioritize business requirements
Translate HR requirements into technical acceptance criteria and oversee User Acceptance Testing

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience, with at least 3 years in HR systems as a business analyst or product specialist
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
Experience leading complex HR system initiatives in global environments
Proven ability to digitize and optimize core HR processes
Strong knowledge of HR processes, including operations and talent management
