Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Managed Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the duties and activities of a business analyst team on IT projects while mentoring newer team members
• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define and document business requirements
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to support clients' technology goals

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare industry, with 4+ years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred
• 3+ years of Managed Care experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL
• Knowledge of computer programming concepts including configuration and development
• Strong leadership skills to motivate team members and communicate technical ideas effectively
