Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst dedicated to enterprise Knowledge Management governance with leadership responsibilities in Business Analysis and UAT oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise Knowledge Management discipline, ensuring centralized governance of policies and operational content
• Lead enterprise-level business analysis efforts and oversee UAT governance to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Partner with technology teams to support AI-enabled knowledge capabilities and drive stakeholder alignment on KM standards

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Knowledge Management governance, Business Analysis, or related roles
• Experience in banking or financial institutions is required
• Proven experience implementing content governance frameworks and approval workflows
• Strong understanding of KM platforms, taxonomy, and content lifecycle management
• Exposure to AI-enabled knowledge platforms and ability to influence stakeholders across departments
