Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst - Travel Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and support mid-office technology and agent systems
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional solutions
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of experience with mid-office or quality control systems in the travel industry
• Strong knowledge of QC systems and hands-on experience with GDS platforms, particularly Sabre and Worldspan
• Familiarity with databases, SQL, and understanding of online booking tools
• Basic understanding of Java and working-level knowledge of VB.NET
