Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the development of a flexible, service-oriented architecture for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis and establish relationships with stakeholders to align change initiatives with strategic goals
• Coordinate system change activities and ensure effective implementation of organizational change management plans
• Track progress and provide regular reports on change initiatives to leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in organizational change management or related fields
• Understanding of OCM theories and models such as Prosci and Kotter's 8-Step Model
• Experience in collecting and analyzing stakeholder feedback and making recommendations for OCM strategies
• Knowledge of stakeholder needs and dynamics within organizations
• Experience with digital tools for managing stakeholder information is preferred
