Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will support accounting operations within a high volume, multi-entity insurance MGA.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize accounting workflows for high transaction volume premium payments and analyze end-to-end payment flows
• Support accounting processes across multiple legal entities and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Act as the accounting business lead for D365 initiatives and ensure strong internal controls over financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, accounting operations, or finance transformation
• Experience with high volume financial transactions, preferably in premium payments or customer billing
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or similar ERP systems
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and multi-entity accounting structures
• Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and reporting
