Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst III to analyze complex business problems and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product development backlog and translate strategic requirements into executable work
• Lead Agile practices across multiple workstreams, including organizing sprint-planning sessions and managing stakeholder needs
• Identify opportunities for improvement and mentor junior business analysts in Agile practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field
• At least 12 years of relevant work experience as a business analyst in software-development projects
• Advanced expertise in requirements frameworks and methodologies
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum practices
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance
