Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to serve as a critical link between mission operators and system developers within the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead knowledge elicitation sessions to capture mission threads and operational workflows
• Develop and manage requirements documentation that aligns with mission objectives
• Serve as the primary liaison between military user communities and software development teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related technical field
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in DoD or federal agency programs
• Proven experience in leading requirements definition for complex defense projects
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) preferred
• Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
