Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Business-Project_Membership & Billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze new projects and departmental processes for improvement
• Oversee documentation, training, and implementation of new processes and system upgrades
• Perform data analysis and reporting related to Membership & Billing activities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the managed care or health insurance industry
• 3+ years in a project role within a health insurer setting
• 3+ years of experience in membership/EDI enrollment transactions and billing data processing
• 3+ years of experience with billing, accounts receivable, and collections functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
