Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting mission-critical business requirements for AI-driven observability and operational automations
• Conducts deep-dive process mapping to identify optimal points for automation in existing workflows
• Acts as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and legal standards

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis with a focus on business process re-engineering and functional design
• Ability to translate vague business needs into structured technical specifications
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, including BPMN and user story mapping
• Experience in managing stakeholders across diverse departments
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field required
