Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team full-time in Poland.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document critical business requirements for AI-driven observability and operational automation
• Map existing manual workflows to identify optimal automation points
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with governance and legal standards

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, focusing on process re-engineering and functional design
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications for engineering teams
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, including BPMN and user story mapping
• Experience in an Agile software development team, leading backlog refinement and prioritization
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field required
