Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to drive customer engagement and requirements management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop documentation related to project/program requirements, scope, process, and operations
• Own the end-to-end user onboarding process and support ticket platform roadmap
• Lead monthly user orientation sessions and communicate analysis results to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience, with relevant experience substituting for education
• Extensive experience in customer-facing roles and resolving complex issues
• Ability to explain technical concepts related to data warehousing and analytics to non-technical users
• Demonstrated experience in identifying friction points and implementing efficient workflows
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority efforts simultaneously
