Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a proof-of-concept demonstration using natural language processing and machine learning methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead exploratory interviews and workshops to document current workflows and identify shortcomings
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop and document a new intake process and associated key metrics
• Provide bi-weekly status reports and a final project report, incorporating feedback from stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a business analyst role
• Proven expertise in delivering CCWIS solutions and experience with COTS CCWIS systems
• Experience in conducting workshops and mapping workflows to improve processes
• Successful history of using Agile methods to manage complex developments
