Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to facilitate discovery efforts and shape digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business owners to clarify requirements for digital solutions and integrations
• Document key business processes and workflows, and prepare business requirements documents
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team, ensuring alignment between business needs and system capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments
• Experience with headless/composable CMS/DXP platforms, preferably Sitecore
• Consulting experience and a Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in running workshops and assisting with QA testing
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
