Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a proof-of-concept demonstration using natural language processing and machine learning methods to improve the intake process.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure project objectives are satisfied and add to them based on client requests
• Lead exploratory interviews, discovery sessions, and workshops to document current workflows and shortcomings
• Contribute to the development of a new intake process and provide insights on workflow improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience as a business analyst for state, local, or corporate clients
• Proven expertise in delivering CCWIS solutions and experience with COTS CCWIS systems
• Successful history of using Agile methods to manage complex developments
• Experience in mapping workflows and analyzing business outcomes for improvements
