Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to transform intake processes using AI and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead exploratory interviews and workshops to analyze and improve current intake workflows
• Design and implement workflow optimizations in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams
• Drive Agile development processes and maintain communication through regular status reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, finance, or related field
• 10+ years of experience as a business analyst with state, local, or corporate clients
• Proven track record in delivering CCWIS solutions, particularly in intake and case actioning processes
• Hands-on experience with at least two COTS CCWIS systems, including RedMane Technology platforms
• Expertise in workflow mapping and process improvement leveraging technology
