Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Professional Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate a business analyst team's duties and provide guidance to newer team members
• Act as a bridge between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define and document business requirements
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to support client's technology goals

Required Qualifications and Education

• 6 or more years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position, with a preference for 3 or more years in Medicaid and Medicare
• In-depth knowledge of CMS regulations, HIPAA compliance, and state-specific Medicaid requirements
• Knowledge of computer programming concepts, including configuration and development
• Advanced knowledge of analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL
• Strong leadership skills to motivate others and communicate effectively with business leaders and clients
