Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to own the analytics, reporting, and insights for the Cloud Solution Provider authorization ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis, resolve analytical challenges, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions
• Establish expertise in data types and sources, ensuring governance and quality of data while collaborating with data engineers
• Develop presentations and dashboards that synthesize insights for senior stakeholders, improving reporting efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience
• Experience with the channel partner ecosystem, preferably Cloud Solutions Providers
• 4+ years of business analytics experience with the ability to analyze and interpret business performance measures
• Experience in cross-group coordination and working independently to drive projects forward
• Ability to interact confidently with senior leaders and handle challenging situations effectively
