Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analyses and explanations of report outputs to enhance financial understanding of RCM functions
• Create and maintain revenue cycle management reports and dashboards, while developing metrics and KPIs to drive business performance
• Identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance system efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or MBA preferred
• 5+ years of revenue cycle management experience, preferably in GI, Pathology, Anesthesia, Imaging, and Infusion
• Experience with Practice Management Systems
