Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will bridge data-driven analysis with hands-on leadership in project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define actionable requirements
• Lead or co-manage medium-to-large cross-departmental projects, ensuring alignment of scope, schedule, and budget
• Prepare business cases and ROI analyses to support strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 5 years experience developing project plans, process maps, and eliciting business requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years managing or coordinating projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• PMP, CBAP, or equivalent certification is a plus
