Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (FED IHS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze user and stakeholder needs to determine functional and non-functional requirements
• Create process and data flow diagrams, prototypes/wireframes, and manage product backlogs
• Write and update project documentation, including user manuals and training materials

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with requirements analysis and engineering using SDLC Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance
• Bachelor of science degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• IIBA certification Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) preferred
• Working knowledge of Indian Health RPMS and IHS Services is preferred
