• Plan, estimate, and perform Business Analysis activities throughout all SDLC stages
• Define business needs, objectives, and manage the solution scope to avoid scope creep

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to work with various stakeholder groups and set up stakeholder management approaches
• Comprehensive experience in Business Analysis processes, including elicitation and documentation
• Solid experience in UML and BPMN modeling, with flexibility to adjust approaches as needed
• Expertise in product scope management and backlog management
• Experienced Agile practitioner focused on delivering value
