Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project requirement identification and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients for medium to extra-large projects
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Analyze business processes, create documentation, and recommend process improvements based on best practices

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in a functional or technical role related to software delivery or maintenance
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience
• Experience working in SDLC, testing, and validating solutions as a Business Analyst
• Proficiency in Microsoft CRM, Visio, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint preferred
• Functional and/or Technical Certifications as deemed appropriate for specialization
