Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to drive customer engagement and manage requirements with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop documentation for project/program requirements, scope, process, and operations
• Own the end-to-end user onboarding process and support ticket platform roadmap
• Present analysis results to stakeholders and lead user orientation sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus at least 8 years of related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of experience
• Extensive experience in customer-facing roles with the ability to resolve complex issues
• Ability to explain technical concepts related to data warehousing and analytics to non-technical users
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority efforts simultaneously
• Extensive experience with requirements management tools and support ticket platforms
