Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Business Sr - Servicing Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business operations and system data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
Develop and maintain reporting solutions using data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake
Create dashboards and reports using visualization tools like Tableau or similar BI tools

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehouse platforms
Strong SQL querying and data analysis experience
Experience with Tableau or other business intelligence/reporting tools
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
