Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to document and analyze user needs, functional requirements, and manage Agile processes
Facilitate sessions, develop business process models, and mentor junior analysts while ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
Desired experience includes familiarity with VA's Veterans Independence Program and healthcare billing applications
