Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and perform Agile requirement management activities
Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and specifications

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
Expertise with JIRA tools and experience in large Agile software development projects
U.S. Citizenship required and must qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
Desired experience includes working knowledge of VA's Veterans Independence Program and VA SQA Testing
