Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to document and validate requirements using an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
Facilitate Agile requirement management activities and support the development team in understanding requirements

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
Experience with JIRA tools and managing large Agile software development projects
U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
Desired experience includes working knowledge of VA's Veterans Independence Program and healthcare billing applications
