Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams
Conduct user interviews and develop business process models while collaborating with stakeholders
Facilitate Agile requirement management activities and backlog refinement sessions

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
10 years of professional experience, with an additional 10 years of experience substitutable for education
Strong background in software development and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
Experience with JIRA tools and large Agile software development projects
Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
