Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and perform Agile requirement management activities
Facilitate user interviews, develop business process models, and support the development team in understanding requirements

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
Strong background in using JIRA for requirements management
Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably with Federal Health Agencies
Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
