Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to document and elaborate requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
Perform Agile requirement management activities and facilitate user interviews and sessions

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline
10 years of professional experience in software development and Agile methodologies
Strong background in using JIRA for requirements management and Agile processes
Experience working in a Federal Health Agency or similar environment is preferred
Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
