Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst Payment Integrations Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze PSP APIs and payment flows to identify improvement areas and optimize integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into structured specifications for engineering
• Own functional and non-functional requirements and partner with teams to deliver payment integrations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, with hands-on PSP integrations
• Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and payment flows
• Solid knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience with process modeling tools (BPMN, UML, etc.)
• Professional English proficiency, with fluency in Ukrainian or Russian preferred
