Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Technical Analyst to lead system or application development and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of business applications and systems
• Analyze customer requirements and develop strategic plans for technology solutions
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support for business-impacting issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of business or systems analyst experience
• Experience managing vendors and stakeholder relationships
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Cognos, and/or SQL
• Ability to analyze large sets of data and provide 24x7 global on-call support
