Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Web Portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and document processes and software requirements for technology initiatives
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams, development teams, vendors, and architects
• Lead requirements definition and solution shaping for complex, cross-functional initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in supporting web-based applications, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Epic software applications such as MyChart and TapestryLink
• Knowledge of software configuration and functional/user acceptance testing
• Proficiency with business and system analysis tools like MS Office, SQL, and Jira
• Ability to manage multiple projects and a willingness to learn new software and systems
