Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead and contribute to business analysis efforts across IT and client-facing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a bridge between clients, project managers, and technical teams to gather and communicate business requirements
• Support and manage client-driven Change Requests and Orders, ensuring clear documentation of scope and impacts
• Analyze test results and coordinate testing activities to validate outcomes and ensure solutions meet business expectations

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 5-6 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
• Proven ability to work independently in complex, client-facing environments
• Strong experience translating business needs into actionable requirements and solution designs
• Solid understanding of system development life cycle concepts
• Proficiency with analytical and requirements management tools
