Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the CMS Medicare Appeals System (MAS).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business case development and requirements analysis
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Collaborate with agile teams and support functional specification development

Required Qualifications

• Experience in business case development and requirements analysis
• Experience in developing use cases and functional documentation
• Five or more years of experience supporting Medicare claims and appeals programs
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent applicable experience
• Scrum Master Certification preferred
