Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Web Portals).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and document processes and software requirements for technology initiatives
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams, development teams, vendors, and architects
• Lead requirements definition and solution shaping for complex, cross-functional initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in supporting web-based applications, or an associate degree with 7+ years, or high school equivalent with 10+ years of experience
• Experience in Epic software applications such as MyChart and TapestryLink
• In-depth knowledge of business areas and their integration with enterprise platforms
• Proficiency with business and system analysis tools such as MS Office, SQL, and Jira
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and learn new software and systems
