Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale government technology initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements across the full project lifecycle
• Translate regulatory and operational needs into clear functional specifications and acceptance criteria
• Track and manage changes, risks, issues, and defects while clearly communicating impacts

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in business and systems analysis within complex, multi-program environments
• Hands-on experience with requirements documentation and traceability
• Familiarity with certification, compliance, and regulatory-driven projects
• Bachelor's degree required
• Prior experience supporting government or public sector programs is a plus
