Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Data Analyst to provide strategic financial, business, and data analysis support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key financial analyst supporting Enterprise Programs and Platforms, ensuring consistent financial oversight across strategic initiatives
• Manage and track program budgets, forecasts, actuals, accruals, and financial performance at the program and portfolio levels
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to provide visibility across project status and financial health

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of relevant experience
• 6+ years of combined experience in business analysis, data analytics, or financial management, preferably within regulated industries
• Proven success supporting program or portfolio-level financial oversight in a matrixed environment
• Experience creating data visualizations and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
• Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP or Oracle
