Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement analysis, prepare documentation, and deliver training to end users
• Collaborate with product owners and the development team to finalize requirements and manage the product backlog
• Document SOPs, create user manuals, and facilitate communication between business units and IT

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Systems, or a related IT field
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in system development and requirements gathering
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and prioritize effectively
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Suitability/Public Trust Background Clearance
