Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Financial Data Analyst (Part Time).

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between program staff and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable data and reporting solutions
• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements while supporting DATA Act reporting and financial data analysis
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI to communicate insights to leadership

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, financial data analysis, or DATA Act-related work
• Experience supporting federal clients, preferably within DOT or DATA Act environments
• Strong understanding of financial data, reporting, and compliance frameworks
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Power BI or similar tools
