Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst, People Digital Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate testing efforts with HR business users and technical teams
- Serve as a liaison between HR stakeholders and IT development team, supporting the resolution of complex incidents
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience, with at least 3 years as a business analyst supporting HR technology
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and ServiceNow HRSD
- Experience in gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Workflow process design experience using flowchart software such as Visio or Figma
