Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to provide senior-level support for regulatory, business, and functional requirements in claims operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates requirement interpretations and changes to various teams for alignment and approvals
• Monitors regulatory sources and leads the development and management of requirement review processes
• Partners with claims operations and IT teams to ensure accurate reflection of claims requirements across systems

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in a managed care organization or related field
• Knowledge of policy and government legislative review
• Familiarity with administration systems
• Robust knowledge of Office Product Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Previous success in a dynamic and autonomous work environment
