Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (ServiceNow) to support a global operations organization within the data center and digital infrastructure industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate process reviews, interviews, and workshops with SMEs and stakeholders
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements using Agile methodologies
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, execution, and defect analysis

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a business change or optimization environment
• Experience working in Agile software development lifecycles
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes
• Knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks
• Experience with business process modeling (BPMN) and diagramming tools (Visio/Gliffy)
