Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison with the business to deliver ITSM support processes and enhancements within the ServiceNow Platform
• Facilitate meetings to gather input and process requirements from stakeholders at all levels
• Document process requirements, acceptance criteria, and conduct test results against acceptance criteria

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience supporting ITIL processes
• 2+ years of experience using the ServiceNow Platform
• 2+ years of experience in project management and/or onboarding ITSM services
• Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM Best Practices
