Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to support the implementation of Marketing Cloud and email functionality for the client Regional Banking team.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into Epics and User Stories for implementation by the Tech team
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, marketing team members, and tech partners to ensure platform alignment with business needs
• Work with the Tech team and other departments daily to implement requirements following the bank's agile methodology

Required Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and requirement gathering
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud and email functionality
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
