Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the business analyst team's activities on IT projects and mentor new team members
• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define and document business requirements
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to support client technology goals

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare preferred
• Knowledge of computer programming concepts, including configuration and development
• Advanced proficiency in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL
• Experience with requirement-mapping tools like Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Strong leadership skills to motivate others and communicate technical ideas effectively
