Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the duties of a business analyst team and mentor newer members
• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define and document business requirements
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to support client technology goals

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with a preference for Medicaid and Medicare experience
• Knowledge of computer programming concepts including configuration and development
• Advanced proficiency in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL
• Experience with requirement-mapping tools like Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate and communicate effectively with teams and clients
