Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business strategy and technology delivery within the mortgage sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to identify inefficiencies and technology gaps in mortgage operations
• Own project delivery for technology initiatives, managing timelines and stakeholder communication
• Build relationships with stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business-friendly language

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent in mortgage banking or financial services
• Hands-on experience with mortgage production workflows, including loan origination and secondary market delivery
• Experience leading technology projects in an agile environment
• Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems, particularly Encompass
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field preferred
